Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the rules for cancellation, no-shows, early checkouts, and refunds at The Gandhi Nagar Club.

Room / Facility Cancellation
- Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- 24–48 hours: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- More than 48 hours: Full refund applicable.

No-Show Policy
- Failure to check in on the scheduled date will result in a 100% charge.

Early Checkout
- Charges for unused days may not be refunded in case of early checkout.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Contact Consent Clause
By submitting any enquiry, registration, or booking form on The Gandhi Nagar Club website or through its communication channels:
- I hereby give my consent to The Gandhi Nagar Club (“Club”, “We”, “Us”) to contact me via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, or phone call for purposes including booking confirmations, membership-related communication, reminders, promotions, and important updates.
- This consent shall override my registration under DND / NDNC.
- I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
