Banquet Hall Booking & Cancellation Rules

Booking will be taken up to one month in advance.

Booking will be confirmed only after approval from the Management Committee.

The menu should be finalized with the F&B Manager at least 3 days advance to the meeting/party, and 100% payment must be made.

It is compulsory for members to be present during the function, failing which action will be taken.

The hall can accommodate up to 200 people. Requirements beyond that are subject to approval.

Only dry catering/vegetarian food is allowed. Outside catering is strictly prohibited.

Smoking and liquor are strictly prohibited inside the hall.

Minimum guarantee for catering: 20 persons per hall.

No booking will be allowed during club functions or special days as decided by the committee.

Balloons, firecrackers, and similar items are not allowed inside the hall.

The hall should not be used for religious/political activities (except permitted family functions).

No loud music, DJs, or sound systems are allowed beyond permitted levels.

Decoration should be limited to within the hall; nailing or sticking posters on walls is not allowed.

Members will be charged for any damage caused to hall property.

Any additional requirements (chairs, tables, etc.) will be charged separately.

Any loss, damage, or breakage will be charged at actuals.

PA system and projector will be charged extra if used.

Party Timings: If booked between 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. — Minimum 20 pax (Lunch) per hall (only buffet allowed). If booked between 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. — Minimum 20 pax (Dinner) per hall.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No deduction if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • 50% of the amount will be deducted if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance.
  • 100% deduction will be made if cancellation is done within 12 hours of the event.

I shall abide by the rules ofthe Club and shall be present during the event filing which I shall be Hablo for sultable action by the club authorities.
